Bebe on the way!

I am so overjoyed to announce we have a baby on the way! I have wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember. I had every babydoll my hands could hold as a young girl and my desire to be a mom only grew after getting married. We have been married for five years and had a lot of goals and things we wanted to do before starting a family. It feels so surreal that this time is finally here!

Our journey to starting a family began with a loss that I wanted to share about. We has a miscarriage at 6 weeks. Our hearts will always remember our first baby until we are reunited with them one day. It was so unexpected and heart wrenching. After going through it, I learned the normalcy but I was not aware of it prior to going through it. I felt so comforted anytime I connected with another mom who went through this. Our story now has a gift from God on the way, which I know is not everyone’s story. Wherever you are on your journey to motherhood, I hope you know there is hope and joy in the lonely and grief. I can’t wait to share more about our journey, nursery, all of the bebe things!
